In partnership with Ventura College, California, we present this popular series for established businesses in search of growth strategies. The Small Business Forum consists of 5 workshops, each with a concentrated focus on key operational areas ' Marketing, Salesmanship, Customer Service, Financial Management, and Personnel.
About the Instructor
Warren Cooley is the Associate Director of the North Los Angeles Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Mr. Cooley also maintains an independent consulting practice, through which he provides economic planning services for recreation and real estate projects. He previously owned a small chain of retail stores.
